LivingPlaying offers $11.99 Flat Rate UPS Ground Shipping for qualifying orders. We are no longer offering Free UPS Ground shipping for orders over $100. Both services apply only to purchases designated for shipping within the 48 continental United States. Shipping rates are for each ship to address. Promotional offers cannot be combined and shipping cost will be added manually by LivingPlaying if promotional offers are combined by the customer.
Optional Shipping Services
Signature Required
For $.099, you can request delivery of your package with signature. Checking this option will require UPS or USPS to obtain the recipient's signature before delivery. You should choose this option if you DO NOT WANT the shipping agent to LEAVE your package at the recipient's address, typically at an outside location. The additional charge will be added manually by LivingPlaying after you have placed your order. This is an OPTIONAL feature. Please be aware that the signature required option could result in delivery delays. If you are paying with PayPal we will invoice you for the charge. When signature delivery is not selected, the customer accepts liability for the loss of the package after delivery has been made.
Shipping to Alaska
We are now shipping to Alaska via USPS Parcel Post for a flat rate of $25.00 or less*! Most orders will ship for less than that amount, however, and we will contact you will the exact shipping amount via email. We will also refund your shipping amount to reflect the actual cost. Unless otherwise noted on the product page as a Heavy, Bulky and/or Oversized Items( i.e. noted as having a shipping surcharge) your UPS Ground or USPS order will not be more than $25. If you would like to get it there faster, please call us for an alternate shipping quote.
*Heavy, Bulky and Oversized Items
Please note: Select heavy or bulky items have an additional surcharge added to the regular shipping charge. These items do not qualify for flat rate or free shipping and must ship UPS Ground. Additionally, items that drop ship directly from the manufacturer do not qualify for free shipping. Please see item description for details.
International and Some US Orders
Unfortunately, we are still unable to ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/AFO/AE addresses or locations outside of the United States, including Canada and Mexico. We hope to expand our service areas soon, so please check back with us!
LivingPlaying makes every effort to ship your orders the same day or within 24 hours. We cannot guarantee a delivery date via UPS Ground, only an estimated 5-10 day delivery window. If you need delivery by a specified date, please call to place your order before 12:00 noon EST Monday through Friday, and ask for UPS 3 Day. Shipping costs vary depending up size, weight and ship to destination. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday will ship the next business day.
Please be sure to check your "ship to" address very carefully as LivingPlaying cannot be held responsible for items lost or not received due to an invalid or incorrect shipping address.
