Drawing Prize Rules:
The Custom Shoe Portrait Winner will be selected randomly from all
entries and posted here on the LivingPlaying.com website.
Winner must claim prize within specified time and provide
full name and email address entered in order to claim prize.
To enter the LivinPlaying.com contest, you must complete the
entry form. No purchase necessary. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL
NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. There is no cost to
register or enter. Odds of winning will depend on the total
number of entries received. Only one prize will be awarded.
Prize winner will receive a custom 10 x 10 inch shoe portrait by Alisha Ard of their choosing retail
valued at $240.00.
LivingPlaying merchandise are excluded from the Custom Portrait prize
package. Prize cannot be substituted for cash. Each eligible
entry will be entered in a random drawing for a chance to
win the prize noted. Entries must be received during entry
period noted. The "Entry Period" means July 1, 2008 through September 1,
2008. By entering the Contest, your e-mail address is automatically
placed on the LivingPlaying and Alisha Ard mailing lists, respectively, to receive e-mail updates regarding
special offers and new products and services. Even if you
are already on the LivingPlaying or Alisha Ard e-mail list, you must enter the prize drawing on LivingPlaying.com for a chance to win. If you notified us to be
removed from the mailing list and you enter the contest again,
your name and e-mail address will be, once again, automatically
subscribed to our newsletter. Please see our Privacy Policy
for additional information. Prize winners must claim their
prize by noted date and verify the e-mail address used to
enter the prize drawing in order to receive their prize. The
prize will be SHIPPED FREE via Standard Ground Delivery to
anywhere in the Continental USA. By entering the Contest, a winner consents to
and grants Living Playing, LLC and Alisha Ard the right to post the winner's
